Your new role includes:

  • Cost Reports & Planning.
  • Preparation of Tender Documentation.
  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Analysis of Tender Returns and Reporting.
  • Preparation of Contract Documents and Administration of Contracts.
  • Preparing Payment Recommendations.
  • Preparing Financial Cost Reports.
  • Agreement of Change Order/ Variation Costs / Final Accounts.

Experience you need:

The role holder should have the following skills and attributes:

  • BSc in Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying).
  • Chartered or progressing towards chartership.
  • 5 to 10 years PQE.
  • Have experience in a PQS Office at a similar level for minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in Public Procurement.
  • Experience in Contract Management
  • Experience in E-tenders Administration.
  • Proficient in measurement software (for example CostX)
  • Ability to work proactively with an open communication style.
  • Structured and organised.
  • Technically proficient.

  • Client facing.
