Fortivum is seeking motivated Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors at Senior & Associate Director level to join our growing team, delivering high-value, data centre projects across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and cost planning to delivery and final accounts, while progressing toward chartered status via our structured development programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or RICS/SCSI-accredited discipline.
• Experience in cost management or quantity surveying; data centre or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, value engineering, and benchmarking across feasibility, design, and delivery phases.
• Support procurement strategy, tender preparation, and contract management.
• Manage cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, risk analysis, and final account settlements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
• Drive digital innovation using tools like Bluebeam, CostX, and Power BI, and champion sustainability and best practices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and cost planning to delivery and final accounts, while progressing toward chartered status (MSCSI/MRICS) via our structured development programme.

What you’ll do:

• Cost planning, value engineering, and benchmarking across feasibility, design, and delivery phases.
• Support procurement strategy, tender preparation, and contract management.
• Manage cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, risk analysis, and final account settlements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
• Drive digital innovation using tools like Bluebeam, CostX, and Power BI, and champion sustainability and best practices.

What we’re looking for:
