Qualifications

• Advanced training or education in quantitative engineering is highly desirable.
• Experience with Python, AWS and NoSQL databases to deliver high-quality modelling solutions.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions and adopt new technologies quickly.
• Experience delivering high-performing solutions in a financial domain.
• Experience using AI tools to increase productivity and streamline software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with risk management, product management, and engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality modelling solutions.
• Develop automated tests, technical documentation, and processes to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Lead technical design efforts and align solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
• Identify, explore, and integrate tools and technologies to advance solution development.
• Estimate development efforts and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the quality, scalability, and stability of assigned projects.
