Job summary

The Innopharma Group seeks a Quality Technician (Sample Management) to support the Quality Operations Laboratory in Leinster. You will manage end-to-end sample handling, maintain chain of custody and coordinate distribution to QC labs in a GMP environment.

Qualifications include a Level 8 degree in science and experience with LIMS or electronic inventory systems, with strong data integrity and documentation skills. Onsite role, 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Level 8 bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or related discipline.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or lab environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and laboratory quality systems.
• Experience using LIMS or electronic inventory systems.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with high sample volumes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, label, track and manage biological, environmental and manufacturing samples in GMP accordance.
• Maintain sample chain of custody and sample integrity throughout receipt, storage, distribution and disposal.
• Coordinate sample distribution to QC laboratories to support testing schedules and ensure timely product release.
• Manage sample inventory within LIMS and other tracking systems with accurate documentation.
• Monitor storage locations and environmental conditions to ensure compliance.
• Support management and participate in investigations relating to discrepancies and deviations.
