Sanmina Fermoy in Fermoy, Ireland is hiring a Quality Technician on a 24 month fixed-term contract. This on-site role supports the Quality Department under the Quality Operations Lead, performing in-process tests, CPP verifications and audits to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

It requires NFQ Level 6 in science or engineering, strong MS Office skills, and good communication to drive improvements and proper documentation across the manufacturing lines.

Formación

• Minimum NFQ Level 6 Certificate or Diploma in Science/Engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with good documentation ability

Responsabilidades

• Support quality process definition, setup, verification and improvements.
• Complete in-process testing on product.
• Perform weekly leak and burst testing to ensure product integrity.
• Verify CPPs and execute line clearance activities.
• Conduct internal process audits for conformance to the Quality System.
• Assist audits by demonstrating product testing requirements and best practices.
• Provide feedback on supplier quality issues and imrpove quality metrics.
• Prepare for and attend daily engagement process meetings.
• Identify improvements through quality reviews on yield, documentation and control.
