Job summary

The University of Limerick invites applications for a Quality Officer who will lead university-wide quality assurance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will manage institutional quality reviews and ensure compliance with national and international requirements.

You will develop and improve quality management systems, oversee the Quality Support Unit's operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence across UL.

Quality Officer

Title of Post: Quality Officer

JOB SYNOPSIS

The Quality Officer plays a key university-wide leadership role in supporting and enhancing quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the University of Limerick. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the role is responsible for managing institutional quality reviews, ensuring compliance with national and international statutory requirements, developing and improving quality management systems, and overseeing the operational activities of the Quality Support Unit. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders the postholder requires strong leadership, project management, analytical, relationship-building, and quality management expertise.
