Job summary

MH Engineering seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Team across manufacturing, off-site fabrication and project delivery. You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, develop procedures, and ensure right-first-time outcomes through strong leadership of project quality activities.

You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to sustain continuous improvement, document control, and supplier quality, while ensuring client satisfaction and safety standards are met on diverse projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Quality Manager/Quality Engineer in mechanical/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead MH Engineering's Quality Team and provide technical quality leadership.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection processes and work instructions.
• Manage internal and external audits and action follow-up.
• Oversee welding quality programmes and fabrication quality requirements.
• Support project teams during client inspections and quality reviews.
