Job summary

MH Engineering, part of MTM Group, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality management system across manufacturing, off-site fabrication and project delivery. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers, workshop staff and site teams to ensure safety, efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee internal audits and NCRs, and promote a proactive quality culture throughout MH Engineering’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as Quality Manager/Engineer in mechanical manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience leading quality teams and developing personnel.
• Familiarity with welding quality standards and fabrication quality requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team and drive quality performance across projects and operations.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001.
• Develop quality procedures, inspection processes and work instructions.
• Manage internal audits, certifications and management reviews.
• Oversee NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and root cause analyses.
• Support client inspections and participate in quality reviews.
