Job summary

CREGG in Ireland is seeking a Quality Manager to lead Receiving Inspection, Engineering and Inspection Operations, ensuring components meet specifications and regulatory requirements. You will be accountable for engineering and inspector performance, compliance, capability, capacity and continuous improvement.

You will define metrics for safety, quality, service and productivity, drive nonconforming material containment, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality management and people management.
• Experience supporting internal audits and medical-device inspections.
• Familiarity with GD&T, measurement systems and specs.
• Lean Six Sigma and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor metrics for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee receiving inspection and inspection operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Ensure records, materials handling, and traceability meet specs.
• Manage performance and development of the inspection team.
