Arcon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager for our client in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This maternity leave cover role focuses on leading quality programmes across multiple customer projects and data quality initiatives supporting AI and ML applications.

You will manage a team, develop procedures, analyse datasets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with data science and operations to improve accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ relevant experience in quality programme management, operations or a related area.
• Experience coaching a team; a client-facing background would be an advantage.
• A relevant qualification in quality, data analytics, data science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with datasets and performance metrics.
• A good understanding of AI, machine learning and data quality processes.
• Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.

Responsabilités

Quality Manager – Castlebar, Co. Mayo

Contract: Initially maternity leave cover

Arcon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of our client in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This role will initially provide maternity leave cover.

This opportunity would suit an experienced quality professional with strong team management and analytical skills. The successful candidate will oversee data quality programmes supporting AI and machine learning applications, ensuring customer standards for accuracy, reliability and productivity are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.


• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Location

Based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, with potential commuting options including Westport, Newport, Balla, Claremorris, Swinford, Foxford and Ballina.
