Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to oversee QA and QC across a high-precision tooling environment. You will ensure products meet customer specs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards while fostering continuous improvement.

The role partners with multiple departments to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in mechanical engineering or related field with quality assurance training.
• Certification or qualification in quality control is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks and ability to read detailed component drawings.
• Experience with CMM and Vision systems (OGP) programming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and QC activities to ensure all products meet customer specs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures for quality improvements.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the process.

What You'll Do

Quality

• Inspect products and fill out ISIR reports
• Fill out Cert of conformance
• Maintenance of ISO Systems
• Plan QMS and control changes

Authority

• Development of the Quality Management System, Policies and Procedures
• Internal Audits

Accountability

• Maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Certification of components
