Job summary

Force, Mullingar, Ireland, is seeking a Quality Coordinator (QC) to join a regulated manufacturing environment serving healthcare, medical technology and life sciences sectors. You will monitor quality of incoming, in-process and finished goods, support QA systems, inspections, audits and CAPA, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to maintain high product quality.

This is a permanent role with 4-cycle shift pattern (days and nights).

Qualifications

• A third-level qualification in Quality or a related discipline, or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections (incoming, in-process, final) to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Support quality systems activities, document control and compliance with ISO standards.
• Participate in investigations, CAPA, non-conformance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to maintain product quality and standards.
