Job summary

Silent Aire Europe in Dublin is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to check, document and troubleshoot to ensure products meet high production standards.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. You will generate inspection reports, create new quality check sheets for designs, and collaborate with production and engineering to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Third-level engineering qualification (Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• Conscientious and responsible.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiar with quality control procedures and standards (legal requirements).
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and performing visual and measurement checks.
• Generate iAuditor inspection reports and close out open items with production.
• Create quality check sheets and standards for new products.
• Collaborate with production, electrical, plumbing & stores teams to meet client standards.
• Work with engineering and production to implement more efficient manufacturing processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
• Contribute to the quality management system and company mission.
