Job summary

Sanofi Waterford seeks a Quality Control System Supervisor to oversee quality processes and QC digital solutions, ensuring compliance with global processes and regulatory requirements. The role supports document control, data management, and end-user training across QC labs in a hybrid work arrangement.

You will drive continuous improvement in QC methods, support regulatory inspections, and represent QC in global communities. A degree in science or related field and GMP experience are expected.

• Experience in quality control within pharmaceutical industry, GMP & regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing and reporting.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality processes and QC digital solutions in line with Sanofi global processes.
• Issue and approve local QC documentation to support processes and tool usage.
• Maintain local QC procedures and templates per regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain QC digital solutions, including data management and end-user support.
• Archive QC documentation per global and regulatory requirements.
• Train and support end-users on QC processes and tools.
• Investigate QC events and resolve discrepancies within perimeter.
• Lead remediation actions from findings and CAPAs.
• Support regulatory inspections by presenting QC processes and records.
• Drive continuous improvement in QC processes and tool usage with QC excellence team.
• Represent QC in CoPs led by global; contribute to CoEs if requested.
