Job summary

South Dublin-based healthcare organisation is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead a busy Quality, Risk & Compliance function. You’ll coordinate regulatory activities, support inspections and drive quality improvement initiatives across clinical and operational teams.

The role requires 5+ years in quality, compliance or governance in healthcare or similarly regulated environments, with advanced Excel and ideally Power BI. A proactive, organized leader will thrive.

Quality & Compliance Manager | South Dublin

Some Quality roles are about maintaining the framework. This one is about keeping everything moving.

I'm recruiting a Quality & Compliance Manager for a leading healthcare organisation in South Dublin, joining a growing Quality, Risk & Compliance team. It's a busy role with multiple workstreams, changing priorities and plenty of stakeholder interaction. You'll need to be comfortable moving between regulatory requirements, audits, quality improvement initiatives, data, action plans and conversations with clinical and operational teams.

The person who will thrive here is someone who can bring order to complexity without needing everything to be perfectly structured around them.

The role will include:

• Coordinating quality, compliance and regulatory activities across the organisation
• Supporting regulatory inspections, audits and ongoing inspection readiness
• Tracking actions, deadlines and quality improvement plans through to completion
• Monitoring compliance data, quality metrics and KPIs
• Identifying trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement

What I'm looking for

You'll bring 5+ years' experience across Quality, Compliance, Governance or Regulatory Affairs, ideally within healthcare or another complex regulated environment.

Healthcare experience is important, with backgrounds in hospitals, mental health, disability or social care particularly relevant.

You'll also need to be:

• Highly organised and comfortable juggling competing priorities
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Confident engaging with people at all levels
• Comfortable following up, challenging and keeping actions moving
• Strong analytically, with good reporting skills
• Experienced in audit, regulatory compliance and quality improvement
• Advanced in Excel; Power BI would be a strong advantage

This is an initial long term contract, but it's an interesting time to join. The Quality, Risk & Compliance function is growing and developing, so there may be longer-term opportunities as the team evolves, although there are no guarantees.
