Responsibilities Of Social Workers

• Advocate for individuals, families and groups
• Conducting assessments and evaluations
• Providing emotional support, counselling and therapy to individuals or groups
• A knowledge of the Tusla & HIQA regulations and standards.
• Deliver social work service in collaboration with other disciplines / agencies as required, in appropriate settings reflecting the needs of the service user

Requirements

• Driver's Licence/Access to own car
• Qualified Social Worker
• CORU registration
• Experience working in children and families services
• 3 Written References from Education/Previous Employment.
• Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting
• 37.5 hours a week
