Purpose of Role
Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a qualified maintenance plumber to join our Maintenance Division in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing and heating systems in accordance with design specifications and regulations.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
- Maintain and service commercial plant equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, pressurisation units, and associated pipework.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems.
- Repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
- Install and maintain hot and cold-water services.
- Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job reports where required.
- Work independently or as part of a maintenance team to respond to service requests and breakdowns.
- Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and site management to coordinate works.
- Ensure tools, materials, and work areas are maintained in a safe and tidy condition.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years post mechanical trade qualification essential.
- Industrial and Commercial experience are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent in decision making.
- Current Safe pass required.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
