Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland offers an internship programme for students pursuing science degrees. You will join the QP team responsible for batch release of sterile and non-sterile products, gaining hands-on experience in documentation and quality systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the QPs within the QP team carrying out final release to the market.
  • Compile batch release documentation into QP packs for review.
  • Identify and resolve batch documentation issues.
  • Support change controls, deviations and corrective actions.
  • Generate and maintain Batch Certificate templates.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support QP activities relating to new product introduction, product launch preparation and technology transfer.
  • Support the global BMS internal self-inspection program.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the QPs within the QP team carrying out final release to the market.
  • Compile batch release documentation into QP packs for review.

  • Generation and maintenance of Batch Certificate templates.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant academic experience and knowledge in a science discipline (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, micro-biology, or a related pharmaceutical degree).
Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about the pharma sector.
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative in addition to working as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple task and meet deadlines.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of task.

Compensation Overview:

2, 213.90 € per month Pay for this internship/co-op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns and co-op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
