Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a role within the QC Projects team at Cruiserath. Reporting to the QC Shared Services Senior Manager, you will support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement across QC projects.

You will oversee project delivery, align priorities, and drive efficiency using digital and analytics tools. The role requires a degree in science or related field, with 6+ years in pharma labs, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with teams and influencing decisions.
• Knowledge of laboratory operation, training and testing from receipt to CoA.

Responsibilities

• Support QC Projects team with continuous improvement initiatives and onboarding/training plans.
• Manage training delivery and employee onboarding for QC.
• Support process improvements to reduce investigations and improve first-time results.
• Project manage assigned tasks including planning, tracking and communication.

Third level qualification in Science or related discipline
