Job summary

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a Quality Control Systems Specialist for a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Swords, Co. Dublin.

You will support quality and release activities across incoming materials, products and outsourced processes. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external suppliers to ensure materials and products meet quality requirements, regulatory standards and market authorisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated quality environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality and compliance requirements.
• Experience in QC, QA or pharmaceutical quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the release of incoming goods and materials in line with quality requirements.
• Support the release of products where manufacturing or packaging is outsourced.
• Ensure products and processes comply with quality procedures, regulatory requirements and market authorisations.
• Communicate applicable quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support investigations, problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Apply and maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Work independently with moderate direction to apply technical knowledge.

Quality Control Systems Specialist

This is your opportunity to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Swords , supporting quality and release activities across incoming materials, products and outsourced manufacturing and packaging processes.

You'll work alongside Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external suppliers to ensure materials and products meet quality requirements, regulatory standards and market authorisations .

If you're an experienced QC Specialist, QA Specialist, Quality Specialist or pharmaceutical quality professional , this role offers the opportunity to build your experience across material and product release, supplier quality and pharmaceutical quality systems .

What you'll be working on

• Manage the release of incoming goods and materials in line with quality requirements.
• Support the release of products where manufacturing or packaging is outsourced .
• Ensure products and processes comply with quality procedures, regulatory requirements and market authorisations .
• Communicate applicable quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the introduction of materials to site and ensure relevant quality requirements are met.
• Provide quality guidance and support the resolution of quality-related issues .
• Apply and maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) .
• Support investigations, problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Implement pharmaceutical quality requirements effectively at site level.
• Work independently with moderate direction, applying sound technical knowledge and judgement.

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry - essential .
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated quality environment .
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality and compliance requirements .
