Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a QC Material Management Specialist for a Dublin-based 8 month contract in the biopharma sector. You will coordinate with manufacturing, stores, and logistics to ensure timely processing and delivery of samples for Drug Substance, Drug Product and raw materials.

Reconstitution and aliquoting support will be part of QC activities. Candidates will hold a scientific degree and have extensive pharma industry experience, including exposure to material/sample management and QC

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in a scientific discipline or similar.
• Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biopharma industries.
• Experience within a similar QC role.
• Experience with Raw Materials or Material Management or Sample Management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with manufacturing to ensure all Drug Substance samples are processed and delivered to the appropriate destination in an appropriate timeframe.
• Liaise with Engineering Stores to ensure all Drug Product samples are processed and delivered to the appropriate destination in an appropriate timeframe.
• Liaise with Warehouse Cryogenics Logistics (WCL) to ensure all Raw Material samples are processed and delivered to the appropriate destination in an appropriate timeframe.
• Reconstitute and Aliquot samples for the QC activities for Global Biologics Laboratory, Global Stability and Multi Product Cell Culture (MPCC) Facility.
• Support buffer preparation for the QC Separations lab
