Job summary

Baker Finn Recruitment seeks a QC Supervisor for its North Dublin site. You will lead daily QC laboratory operations, support QA, Technical Service and Production, and mentor QC Chemists.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry (or related) and 3–5 years of QC experience, including 2 years in supervision. Strong knowledge of cGMP, USP, FDA guidance, and analytical methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related Science discipline.
• 3–5 years of QC experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, cGMP, USP and FDA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC laboratory operations in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Support production schedules and participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.
• Escalate issues through the site escalation process as needed.
• Lead and develop QC staff to build capability and succession planning.
• Maintain data integrity, timely records, and calibration/maintenance oversight.
