So, what will you be responsible for?
  • Lean Improvements: Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead/participates in cross-functional teams to implement identified improvements. Support activities in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency, energy conservation, waste minimization and operational excellence.
  • Ensure lean methodologies are adhered to, including 5s.
  • Perform Laboratory Gembas.
  • Provide support for a wide range of quality projects.
  • Generate, review and archive of documentation as appropriate.
  • Participate and comply with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, as relevant.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of documentation and retention records.
  • Participate in laboratory-based duties as required, including but not limited to, pH calibrations, balance calibrations, gathering materials, labelling, preparing solutions.
  • Assist with sample management, sample disposal and expiry check tasks.
  • Support troubleshooting activities as required.
  • Build on presentation skills and participate in site metrics
What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude - ready to work as part of a supportive team.
