Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cross-functional Lean improvement projects.
• Support cost reduction, process efficiency, energy conservation, and waste minimization.
• Ensure 5S lean methodologies are followed.
• Perform Laboratory Gemba and related activities.
• Support a wide range of quality projects and documentation.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and retention of documentation.
• Assist with lab duties: pH and balance calibrations, labeling, preparing solutions.
• Support sample management, disposal, and expiry checks.
• Assist troubleshooting activities and contribute to site metrics.
• Develop presentation skills and participate in site metrics reviews.
