Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is seeking a QC Analyst I to join the Quality Control team just outside Tulla in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare, Ireland.

The role is on-site and focused on routine QC testing, documentation, and support activities to ensure product quality. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline and have laboratory experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a regulated lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or Biology.
• Laboratory experience from academic, internship, placement, or industry setting.
• Experience following written laboratory procedures and documented test methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control laboratory testing according to approved procedures.
• Prepare reagents, standards, samples, and laboratory materials for testing.
• Complete laboratory records, worksheets and electronic entries accurately.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables and work areas in inspection-ready state.
• Support basic laboratory investigations, assay troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
