QA Resources have an opportunity for a QC Analyst – Chemistry role to be based on client site in East Cork:

Contract to year end, Shift role

Role Overview

The QC Chemistry Analyst will perform routine analytical testing in a GMP-regulated laboratory, supporting the release and stability testing of products. This is an early-career role suited to candidates with at least 1 year of laboratory experience, who can work independently on routine methods while continuing to build technical expertise across chromatography, wet chemistry, and elemental analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine laboratory testing including:
    • Wet chemistry analyses (e.g. titrations)
    • HPLC testing (assay, impurities, etc.)
    • Basic ICP analysis (where applicable)
  • Execute approved methods accurately and independently for routine testing
  • Prepare reagents, standards, and solutions in accordance with SOPs
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and contemporaneous laboratory records
  • Follow ALCOA+ principles in all data handling and reporting
  • Ensure traceability of all laboratory activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a laboratory environment (GMP preferred) with HPLC testing
