Job summary

Pfizer in Dublin is seeking a QC Analyst in Chemistry to join the state-of-the-art Grange Castle site on a contingent fixed-term contract on site.

You will be a member of Pfizer's dedicated quality control team, responsible for developing and maintaining quality programs and procedures in line with agency guidelines. Your work will support audits, cross-functional collaboration, and global standards.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, theoretical and practical.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with quick decision making and good troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of QC samples including raw materials, in-process, intermediates, stability and finished product.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and related guidelines.
• Write up and execute analytical method transfer exercises for products being transferred to Grange Castle site.
• Assist in generation and maintenance of quality procedures and reports.
• Facilitate laboratory investigations and support product investigations.
• Analyze wet chemistry and analytical equipment (UV, HPLC, FTIR, KF, iCE, ICP, CE).
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to support Lean/Agile targets.
