Job summary

Viatris in Baldoyle, Dublin, Ireland seeks a QC Analyst to join our quality control team. The role focuses on analyzing raw materials, in-process and finished products, reviewing data, and conducting method transfers while upholding GMP standards.

You will also qualify instruments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science and at least two years in a laboratory setting, with HPLC/UPLC expertise; Dry Powder Inhaler testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Laboratory Environment.
• Experience in Raw materials/Release testing and in Method Transfer/Verification is desirable.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC is essential; Dry Powder Inhaler testing would be an advantage.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• The analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Reviewing analytical data, analytical reports and performing peer reviews.
• Performing analytical method transfers and compendia verifications.
• Instrument qualification, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Protocol generation – method verification/transfer.
• Partaking in non-routine/complex projects and providing training as needed.
