Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks a Quality Engineer to lead quality and commissioning on a hyper-scale data center project in Fredericia, Denmark. You will coordinate installation and testing with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely handovers.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 5+ years in a similar role, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent trade qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handover inspection, test documentation, and O&M manuals.
• Coordinate electrical or mechanical systems commissioning with teams and stakeholders.
• Review and finalize inspection/test documentation.
• Issue final handover packages to the client.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during installation and inspection.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defect close-out.
• Oversee proper testing execution on the project.
• Liaise with construction management and clients on installation/quality issues.
• Attend quality meetings and contribute to weekly progress reports.
