Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services in Ireland is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality across major M&E projects, from installation through commissioning and handover. You will drive compliance, oversee ITPs, NCRs, and reporting with senior management.

This leadership role offers exposure to high-value developments, a strong project pipeline, and opportunities to shape digital QA processes using Procore, Fieldview, Dalux and similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as QA/QC Manager or senior QA/QC in Building Services/Construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installations and commissioning.
• Experience with digital QA platforms and ITPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC processes across multiple M&E projects.
• Manage inspections, audits, test documentation, and QA reporting.
• Ensure installations comply with project specs and standards.
• Oversee ITPs, QA checklists, and commissioning records.
• Handle NCRs, defects, and close-out activities.
• Support commissioning and project handover.
• Coordinate quality inspections with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage digital QA platforms and drive QA improvements.
