Job summary

Chanelle Pharma is seeking a Quality Compliance Officer to strengthen our quality function at the Loughrea facility. You will report to the Head of Quality and drive compliance across finished goods release, deviations, and QA documentation.

The role requires a degree in QA or pharmaceutical science and 3-5 years in GMP-regulated leadership, with strong GMP knowledge, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Science, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in a quality leadership role within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out finished goods inspection prior to release and shipment.
• Review and approve deviations and investigations.
• Document review and inspect supplied samples for externally manufactured products.
• Generate Certificate of Analysis / Certificate of Conformance.
• Approve shelf life on Packaging Work Orders.
• Follow through on corrective actions for deviations.
• Ensure retains are stored and organized for access.
• Carry out GMP walks and promote site inspection readiness.
• Assist with writing/updating QA procedures.
• Provide timely feedback on internal and external queries.
• Attend morning meetings and update shipping schedule and End of Line file.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
