Job summary

Reperio Human Capital is seeking an experienced QA Lead/Senior QA Engineer to join a dynamic Agile team in Ireland. This role involves leading QA activities and mentoring QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in manual and automated testing, as well as experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Senior QA Engineer.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized QA teams.
• Strong manual and automation testing experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• API testing experience using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across assigned projects or workstreams.
• Manage and mentor small to medium-sized QA teams.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Work closely with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
• Conduct API testing and validate integrations.
