Job summary

Irish Country Meats Navan is seeking a Quality Assurance Graduate to join our growing team. You will gain hands-on experience across factory operations, learning how each process contributes to product quality and compliance, with in-house training and close collaboration with the onsite team.

Ideal candidates are passionate about the food industry, detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand all factory processes and relate learnings to quality assurance.
• Daily, weekly, monthly schedule sampling.
• Sample preparation and handling.
• Liaise with laboratory staff and coordinate analyses.
• Perform micro reviews and support certification processes.
• Assist with calibration scheduling and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to process auditing and continuous improvement.
• Trend data and statistics for quality metrics.
• Maintain clear documentation and filing systems.
