Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Ireland is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of site processes and digital manufacturing to Dexcom standards. You will work across functions to support the product life cycle and drive validation activities.

This role emphasizes risk-based validation, QMS maintenance, and preparation for regulatory inspections, with opportunities for professional growth within a global CGM leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 2–5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 0–2 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in Quality in a medical device or related industry manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Capability to work with CAPA, Non-Conformance and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate manufacturing and digital systems exposure and maintain QMS alignment.
• Develop and use standardized validation templates and practices.
• Support validation activities for digital manufacturing systems, including MES.
• Prepare quality system documentation and records for audits and inspections.
