Job summary

Dexcom Corporation seeks a QA Engineer to ensure quality across site processes and digital manufacturing, supporting a rapid growth trajectory. You will validate manufacturing and digital systems, contribute to MES validation, and maintain the QMS to improve efficiency and product quality.

The role requires experience with CAPA/NCMR, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office. A technical degree plus 2–5 years of related experience is typical, with a chance to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 2–5 years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 0–2 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in Quality in a medical device or related industry manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CAPA, Non-Conformance, and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate manufacturing and digital systems exposure and validation activities.
• Develop and use standardized validation templates and practices for digital manufacturing systems (MES).
• Apply risk-based validation principles to system implementation and changes.
• Plan, manage and prioritize tasks/projects; provide updates to management.
• Oversee OOS events, CAPAs, NCMRs and Change Order processes; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support integration of new regulations or QMS standards; drive documentation revisions.
• Maintain and improve the QMS to enhance efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
• Support external inspections by regulatory bodies; address and close audit findings.
• Prepare quality system documentation for audits; perform additional duties as assigned.
