Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to own automated quality across risk and data feeds. You will write C# automation for APIs, services and data pipelines, and use Playwright to automate web and mobile risk interfaces.

You will embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate data quality, and collaborate across teams to drive quality early in development. This role requires strong coding skills and a growth mindset in AI-assisted testing.

Qualifications

Solid test automation experience with strong C# coding skills.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
Experience automating API / service tests (REST, and ideally streaming or gRPC).
Comfortable writing clean, maintainable code and building test frameworks.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Good working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to edge cases.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Interest in AI-assisted testing and development.

Responsibilities

Design, write and maintain automated tests in C# across APIs, services and data pipelines.
Build end-to-end and UI automation with Playwright for risk modelling interfaces.
Create and own test frameworks and ensure tests run in CI/CD on every change.
Validate data quality and entitlement across products.
Leverage AI tooling to accelerate test creation and coverage.
Collaborate with engineers to embed quality early in development.
Triage failures and drive root-cause analysis.
Contribute to regression, performance and reliability testing.
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
