Job summary

Archer is seeking a Python AI Engineer to build and scale production-ready AI applications that integrate LLMs with customer data. You will join a collaborative, technology-focused team with an R&D mindset and genuine ownership over technical decisions.

The role is based in Dublin, Ireland with hybrid work (2 days per week in the office). The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Python development experience and practical knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, SQL, and AI security

Qualifications

• 3+ years' professional Python development experience
• Experience building applications using LLM APIs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling and structured outputs
• Comfortable working with SQL and analytical databases
• Experience with asynchronous Python and streaming HTTP
• Understanding of AI security and data privacy

Responsibilities
