Job summary

Adare Manor is seeking a Pub Bartender to join our award-winning team. You will deliver premium beverage service with warmth and hospitality in one of our vibrant bar environments.

Reporting to Bar Management, you will ensure every guest encounter reflects our Beyond Everything philosophy. Responsibilities include mastering the bar menu, processing orders and payments, and maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards while working with colleagues across Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role is required.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident approach to guest interaction.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests.
• Develop understanding of the bar menu, beverages, and promotions.

• Assist with stock management, inventory control and replenishment.

About the Role

As a Pub Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail. Working within one of Adare Manor's vibrant bar environments, you will be responsible for delivering warm, engaging service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Reporting to the Bar Management team, you will work closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage operations to ensure every guest encounter reflects our Beyond Everything philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standard.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests.
• Develop a strong understanding of the bar menu, beverage offerings, and promotions.
• Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the bar area.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and responsible serving regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
