Job description

Our client is seeking a driven and client-focused Property Sales Manager to lead the charge in converting prospects into buyers or tenants. This role blends strategic sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills to close deals and deliver exceptional client experiences. If you have proven real estate sales experience, a passion for property, and a talent for negotiation and communication, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert prospects into buyers or tenants.
  • Present and communicate property features and benefits effectively to drive sales.
  • Leverage multiple sales channels (online platforms, in-person meetings, calls, referrals, etc.) to connect with qualified leads and close deals.
  • Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Utilise various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage and print media to promote properties.
  • Monitor and analyze real estate market trends to identify sales opportunities and inform pricing strategies.
  • Actively source, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline, including coordinating and conducting property viewings.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process, negotiate offers, and provide informed advice on market conditions, pricing, financing options, legal processes, and closing requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal representatives, construction teams, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and handovers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records, tracking progress and follow-ups.
  • Resolve post-sale client queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Who You Are:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability the build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends if required
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in property sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Full clean Irish drivers licence.
  • PSRA licence (preferred)
