Job description

Apleona Real Estate is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Ireland.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:30. Location: Remote with occasional site visits.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for a wide-ranging, mixed portfolio including Commercial and a smaller proportion of Residential Owners Management Companies
  • Relationship management involving; Stakeholders, Board of Directors, Owners and Contractors from client sites. Management of On-site Janitors
  • Compliance with industry and legislative standards
  • Budget management and implementation of spending control responsibilities
  • Liaising with sub-contractors relating to Cleaning, Waste and Technical Services
  • Ensure all sites are Health & Safety compliant in line with legislation
  • Monthly, quarterly stakeholder's meetings
  • Site inspections and reporting
Qualifications and experience
  • A valid PSRA licence (class D) with industry-relevant qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Facilities / Property Manager
  • A degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent and ideally will have completed the APO / RIGS process.
  • A full clean valid driver's license and use of their own car.
  • A minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
