Job summary

Egmont is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a major commercial development in Dublin. You will take full ownership of commercial duties, manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts, and drive cost control and value optimisation on a high-profile project.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying with 4+ years’ experience, strong commercial awareness, and proven ability to report at project level and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual frameworks.
• Confident managing subcontractors and reporting at project level.
• Motivated, detail-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
