Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Risk Management: Review variation and issue reports to identify potential risks, taking proactive action to resolve issues quickly.
  • Quality Assurance: Review QA reports before issuing to clients, ensuring all work complies with regulations and quality standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Review RAMS prior to client issue, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Issue weekly client reports (including environmental, site safety, and rework updates), maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Corrective Actions: Collaborate with site supervisors to log corrective, preventative, and improvement actions on WI systems.
  • Administrative Support: Support the Project Manager and wider team with administrative duties, scheduling, and project reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients and stakeholders to align project outcomes with their needs and objectives.

What Are We Looking For?

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (desirable).
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Zoho.
