Qualifications

• 在相关领域（工程、建设）具备学位教育。
• 10年以上项目管理经验。
• 具备MEP设计、CSA、E&I或流程方面的经验。
• 持有相关领域的专业资格。
• 具有PMP或同等资格（优先考虑）。
• 有成功领导和完成项目的证明能力。
• 在生物制药、填充/完成、清洁公用事业等关键技术领域有专业经验。
• 具备良好的沟通和演示技能。

Responsibilities

• 在矩阵组织结构中工作，利用公司的职能资源妥善执行项目。
• 代表公司与客户、供应商和其他机构打交道。
• 参与生物制药和生命科学业务的发展，支持新业务的收购。
• 确保满足公司的合同、安全、法定和法律义务，客户满意为重。
• 定期组织项目审查会议，审查实际进度。
• 监控并报告工作小时和成本支出。
• 执行合同变更控制，确保客户批准前使用额外的时间和成本。
• 每月向管理层报告公司的工程、采购、施工、调试等表现。

The Project Manager's function is to administer the contract and ensure that the project is planned, designed, procured, constructed and commissioned safely and within the time, cost, quality and performance specifications agreed with the Client. In an organisation where repeat business is highly valued, your responsibilities toward achieving high client satisfaction are of paramount importance.

The Project Manager has total responsibility for ensuring that the obligations of the contract between the Client and the Company are fulfilled.

The successful candidate can be based in either our Cork or Maynooth offices.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• The PM works within the matrix organisational structure and draws upon the functional resources of the Company to properly execute the project.
• The PM represents the Company when dealing with the Client, as well as with other bodies such as suppliers, sub-contractors and government agencies.
• You will play an active part with the development of the Biopharma & Life Sciences business in Ireland, supporting the acquisition of new work and the growth of the Company.
• Ensure that all company's contractual, safety, statutory and legal obligations are met; to the satisfaction of the Client.
• Control and administer the flow of data and information within the Company and between the Company and the Client and other principal organisations such as licensors, joint venture partners and any local and statutory authorities.
• Organise Project Review Meetings at regular intervals to review actual progress, identify problem areas and agree remedial actions.
• Ensure that expenditure of work-hours and costs is properly monitored, controlled and reported to management and to the Client as appropriate.
• Exercise contract change control, ensuring Client approval (when applicable) before additional expenditure of time and/or costs. Authorise internal changes when necessary for achievement of contract objectives.
• Report to management monthly, in standard written form, advising on Company performance in terms of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, programme, costs and resources.
• You will also play an active part with the development of the business in Ireland, supporting the acquisition of new work and the growth of the Company. Support sales/marketing on proposals and presentation of the Company to Clients.

Show your expertise

• Degree Educated in related field (engineering, construction)
• 10+ years experience in Project Management
• MEP design, CSA, E&I or Process experience
• Professional qualification in a relevant field
• PMP or equivalent (preferable)
• Proven ability to successfully lead and complete projects
• Specialist experience in key technical areas e.g. biopharma, fill/finish, clean utilities etc
• 3D/BIM knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
