Project Manager
- 10 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems, and CIS
- Degree educated, commercially aware, experienced in project delivery
Assistant PM
- 5 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems, and CIS
- Degree educated, commercially aware, experienced in project delivery
ESSENTIAL:
- A Building, Engineering, Construction or Project Management degree.
- Member of Engineers Ireland or other relevant professional body.
- Experience in project engineering in Railways or relevant regulated engineering environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant general management and project management experience.
- Demonstrable ability to produce and manage budgets and schedules for projects of similar size.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in a railway environment.
- Knowledge of Railway Systems, Customer Information Systems.
- Knowledge of railway infrastructure and operations.
- Understanding of good Project Management Procedures.
- Experience managing design consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of contract management and Public Works Contracts.
- Knowledge of the Construction Regulations.
- Experience implementing Safety Management Systems.
