We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our talented team at our office located in Dublin, Ireland.

Projects can range from small retrofits to large greenfield builds, providing opportunities to grow your PM career. You will plan and organise all engineering functions specific to the projects, coordinate client interaction between the project teams and clients, and provide guidance on recommended manpower and technical resource loading.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure successful project delivery, achieving scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Develop new business by attending pre-bid meetings with clients and preparing proposals with department heads, directors, and key individuals.
  • Identify project risks and work with senior leadership to mitigate them.
  • Control project scope and communicate all scope adjustments to the client.
  • Maintain reports including meeting minutes, action items, project execution plans, and financial/schedule reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of project delivery experience, with at least five in a Project Management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent technical degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing facility design for the life sciences sector.
  • Construction experience.
  • Understanding of Earned Value and other project control methods.
  • Commitment to safety, following IPS and client safety policies.

Context, Environment, & Safety

  • Travel may be required based on project needs.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position involving field work at client sites, including construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, and research areas.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
