Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives in a regulated environment. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance and reporting, and drive delivery discipline across teams.

You will own planning, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications, ensuring successful transitions into BAU and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management or technology/change delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex business and IT change.
• Experience in digital and Agile delivery environments.
• PM qualification recognised in the industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation capabilities.
• Experience with structured governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through delivery and transition into BAU.
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and governance documentation.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, actions and project reporting.
• Monitor delivery progress and address risks and issues proactively.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support implementation, business readiness and transition activities.
• Manage competing priorities across scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives within a large, regulated environment.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups while maintaining strong governance, reporting and delivery discipline.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience within financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous
