ABB Ireland is seeking a seasoned Service Project Manager to lead medium-size electrification service projects from our Dublin office in a hybrid model. You will guide cross-functional teams and contractors through the project lifecycle, defining and executing the plan, while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will manage risks, maintain documentation, and uphold HSE and quality standards, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement across projects

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience delivering MV/LV electrification projects.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear and power distribution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.

Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.- Work model: Hybrid from our Dublin officeLeading cross-functional teams and contractors through the project lifecycle and close-out phase by defining and executing the project plan.Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and schedule.Identifying and managing project risks, while ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.Developing and maintaining project documentation, method statement, risk assessment, drawings, technical database and preparing handover documentation.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer inquiries and an escalation point for project issuesEnsuring compliance with HSE and Quality standards throughout project execution.
