Job summary

Archer (Ireland) is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Smart Ordering transformation within a well-established, global organisation. The role requires decisive leadership, ownership of delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while guiding diverse teams through design, integration and rollout in a data-driven retail environment.

The position offers a hybrid work model with three days on-site and a long-term contract, with a daily rate up to €700 for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/Software projects in a retail environment.
• Retail background.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Smart Ordering project across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.
• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Create immediate impact within a leading Irish retail and wholesale organisation.
