Job summary

EPM Scientific seeks a Project Manager for a MedTech client in Cork, Ireland, to support aged asset replacement, decommissioning and new machinery introductions on site, primarily cleanlines. Key duties include validating cleanlines, detailed scheduling, budget control, stakeholder management, and reporting to PMO.

You will coordinate testing with external labs and ensure downtime is scheduled with Operations to enable upgrade work.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within MedTech or engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with FAT and validation processes.

• Organising Parts for Validations of Cleanlines.
• Detailed Schedules for all project workloads.
• PO organising, controlling budgets.
• Maintain Stakeholder management.
• Organising all meetings and keeping up on internal systems.
• Report status of PMO to SLT.
• Project representation in meetings so engineers can work on key tasks.
• Organising Testing with external labs.
• Ensure external providers have Contractors and Materials available to complete works on time.
• Agree Downtime with Operations Managers so areas are made available by production to complete upgrade works when required.

Job description

Currently seeking a Project Manager to join a key MedTech client, supporting on aged asset replacement including both decommissioning and subsequent New Machinery Introductions onto their site, primarily Clean lines.

Key responsibilities

• Organising Parts for Validations of Cleanlines
• Detailed Schedules for all project workloads
• PO organising, controlling budgets.
• Maintain Stakeholder management.
• Organising all meetings and keeping up on internal systems
• Report status of PMO to SLT
• Project representation in meetings so Engineers are freed up to work on key Engineering tasks.
• Organising Testing with external labs.
• Ensure external providers have Contractors and Materials available to complete works on time.
• Agree Downtime with Operations Managers so areas are made available by production to complete upgrade works when required.

This is a 12 month, full time, hourly rate contract, starting ASAP, 4 / 5 days per week on site.
