Salary: The salary scale applicable to this post is the Senior Lecturer I scale (€92,870 - €114,968 p.a. on a full-time basis). The post is part-time (0.25 FTE) and a pro-rata salary scale will be applied.

Position

The Faculty of Business at South East Technological University is seeking a part-time Project Leader (0.25 FTE) to lead the delivery of CreateHER work programmes at SETU Waterford.

CreateHER project

CreateHER is an initiative of the University of Galway, rolled out across multiple universities with HEA funding. SETU is collaborating with a network of enterprise partners to deliver this project. The ambition of the CreateHER project is to develop leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities in students. It aims to open participants minds to the possibility of developing entrepreneurial skills to lead or create a new business now or in their future careers. In addition, the programme focuses on the participants own personal development as it is designed to build confidence, financial literacy, entrepreneurial mind-set and leadership skills.
